These terms govern your use of the Brightmark Studios (“BrightMark”) website and our video editing and post-production services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

BrightMark provides professional video editing, color, sound, and related post-production services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a specific project are defined when you submit a brief and we confirm the engagement.

You retain ownership of the footage, audio, brand assets, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce your deliverables, and you confirm you have the rights needed to share them with us.

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered edits. We may retain project files for a reasonable period to support revisions, and we may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Fees are quoted per project and payable as agreed at the time of engagement. Work begins once payment is confirmed. Fees for completed work are non-refundable except where required by law.

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its scope. Requests beyond that scope, or changes to the underlying brief, may be quoted as additional work.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use. We may decline or discontinue work on any project at our discretion, with a refund for any undelivered work that has been paid for.

The site and services are provided “as is.” We work to professional standards but do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightMark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim.
